I wanna know what all needs to be done to get the most out of the motor with a SC or NA. So tell me what all it would need done for both. But personally I'm thinking when I have the money to do anything to my truck I'm going to just do PI heads and intake and run NA for a while and a SC can come later. But I'm wanting to know what all it would take to get the most possible out of doing PI swap NA like a cam, and porting, stuff like that. And then the same for a SC.

S/C is the only way to go. N/a will make power just not near as much as a simple S/C setup.

Where are you located, and what price do you consider next to nothing? Just need to know how much I'm looking at so I could talk it over with my dad.

What kind of numbers would you be looking at going NA and what about SC? And what other things would be good to do as well if going NA? Cams? What? I'm not wanting A/M heads, PI is fine for me.

99% sure it was a piston. The heads should be fine.

I'm NA with higher comp an cams. In its prim it was 326/360 in a 4wd truck. A simple S/C swap will make 380/450+ on 8-10lbs
