I would send a set of 16 lash adjusters and 16 rockers for say 4 bucks each? Thats shipped.

I spend like 360 on a set of ford gt rockers alone.

Ok. I'll let you know pretty soon. I'm not too worried about them used since they're easy to change out.
And you are really getting into some really high dollar parts in this build

Yeah. I'm about to hit the 5 figure amount. Just not taking any shortcuts.

Damn. That's all I got to say. We're taking completely separate routes.

Yea, well mine has been my first vehicle and I've had it for 11 years since I drove it out the show room. Plan to have it for another 15, so doing it all right. Its my "do everything" vehcile. The BMW saves me gas and is the longdistance vehicle.

Its not all for performance, but for reliability and the long haul

Would you guys recommend replacing all lash adjusters and rockers? Mine seem to be fine but how could I tell if they are bad? Some lash adjusters have a little spring to them and others are stiff.

I understand that. Mine is my first that I bought senior yr, recently got it paid off, had a lot of "firsts" with it, and it's take me all over the country. It's never left me stranded (minus today lol). How do you like your 3:73s?

Lash adjusters I would replace for sure. Money spent now will equal less later. They will eventually make noise. Rockers, I'm not sure about

Alright guys been reading all your build threads and would love to eventually do a lightning sc. I came across this today on cl and think it would be a good start at collecting the pieces. Opinion?
