I will post up some pics... I have now spent a total along with alyssa of over 9K on my build and I havent even bought the turbos. Waiting on a plethora of parts to arive, so I have been building spare parts to sale and been working on a new forum.

You can see the dowels in this one aong with the holes for the main bolts/studs.
The dowels are connected to the main by a side bolt.

Here you can see the dowels on the outside edges of the mains, along with the main bolts still in tack. Two per main. With two side bolts per main

ANd if anyone buys good rods, please get the 7/16 arp bolts. Alot of the knock offs and cheap manleys give you 3/8 arp 8740's

I returned the MMR's for olivers.

Ahhhh thanks it all kinda clicked. So the side bolts perpendicularly penetrate holes in the dowels?

Which MMR did you have issues with. Mod max racing or the modular mustang racing?

Yes... So I guess it could be called a four bolt main.
