Default Coolant flush

What's the best way to flush coolant on a 2001 f150 5.4? If you could list the steps that would be awesome

thanks in advance

Fairly straightforward... Buy a cooling system flush then follow the steps on the jug.

You'll need a catch pan, tools to remove the thermostat (suggest replacing), and about 2 gals of antifreeze.

What do you want to accomplish?

Replace coolant in healthy system?

Remove and clean gunk from improperly maintained or contaminated system?

Backflush clogged heater core?

Different needs, different procedures can be used.
