Alot of money and way more time, lol The money tree only goes so far, but when I'm waiting for to sprout, I do things that don't cost lol

Yeah I know about his build, I'm ready for it to be done. Mines going to be on a more competitive level though. He'll weigh in twice of what my rig will weigh, with a few hundred less HP. Not talking crap, I'm ready to see it flinging the goo

Yeah man, it's retarded... My wheels, tires, and axles will be around 65% of the weight of the whole truck, around 3,000lbs. While the truck and running gear will weight 2,500lbs

Merry Christmas.

I wish I had the skill, time, and patience to do that.

Heres a closer shot of all the brackets taken off the frame, still need to get in there and clean them up a good bit, but you can get the idea. I took off the steering mount and A-Arm brackts, a few were completely Packed with mud, from years back. I'm also planning on running the wiring harness in the cab under the Dash to keep it out of the Elements along with the relay and fuse box too

This will bolt to the cab in a few spots and the inner liner will keep the mud spash off the motor.

I cleaned the years of mud off the bed sides, getting ready to have them painted. I'm going to make a bed frame for them to bolt to. I'll have a plastic bed liner in the truck to keep the mud from flying into the radiatoror fuel cell. The bed liner will look like I have a bed, but I won't. I'll also have my battery box in the bed along with the Nitrous bottle and a few army ammo boxes, for the tools.

Like said about, the radiater will be bed mounted

This will be my front clip, and it will bolt to the fenders, basically trying to have, no weight. So this will be the bumper lol, I cut out the fog light holes for some KC daylighters

***Edited forgot to post the pic

This is the block prepped and ready to be buttoned together

Heres some forged rods next to our pewterd crap factory rods... this is so I can turn up the wick and not be skeered.

Heres basically a picture of the heads up, s/c heads and volant intake and crower stg II cams

A few Nitrous parts, Aeromotive rails, 60lb injectors, timing componants and Romeo T.E.A stgIII heads Technology Engeneered Airflow heads. With 125lb springs

Thanks man, and I'll give you a small run down, I won't get too specific... gotta keep a few things on the hush, hush, for the trolls who might be doing their research lol... Yes it's a 5.4

It's really just a pretty budgeted build that blew out of perportion, lol.

*Crower StgII Cams
*T.E.A. StgIII Heads +1mm oversized s/s valves
*125lb comp valve springs
*60lb sema inj
*Aeromotive Fuel Rails
*20 gal Summit fuel cell with sender
*-10an feed/-8an return lines
*Manley rods
*Arp hardware/headstuds, main studs, rod bolts, harmonic balancer bolt
*pacesetter longtubes/3" exhaust Y'ed into a 4" magnaflow, with 4" dump
*Electric fans on radiator
*Eaton s/c ported
*Everything that could be ported and worked over was.
*Stock Forged crank and pistons

Personally I was only going to build a short block and all the other crap just came, o-well i'll be glad I did. Let me know what your expected spends and goals are for the truck and I can better help you figure out which ways to best spend your money.

Actually after I have the truck together, and fine tune the motor, coilovers, and brakes(after about a year) I'm going to tear down the block and do a +20 over build.

The exhaust consists of pacesetter Longtubes 1-7/8 primarys with 3" collectors, into 3" exhaust, y'es into Flowmaster Y-2)3" into a single 4"/4" magnaflow diesel muffler/4" turndown... The muffler still needs to be gotten

Heres Forged internals, with solid motor mounts...

What happens when Uncle Timothy has to watch me... lol

Heres the giggle juice, Probably going to run a 100 shot, but it truly depends on the mood... lol

Thanks for the help. Im shooting for like 450hp and possibly procharge it later on. New heads cams build a sheetmetal intake rod and pistons. Proly around like 3 to 4 grand. Wont sell it so price ain't an object. Just get my vw rabbit done then tear the motor out and build it is the stock crank forged or do I need to buy one
