Default Bed Lighting

Ive been looking into some led bed lighting. Do any of y'all have them with some pics. Wanted to see how they are mounted. Most kits i see are mounted under the bed rail and my entire bed doesn't have hollow bed rails. Thanks for any help its greatly appreciated.

I'm planning to mount LED light modules under the lips at the front and back of my bed on each side. They're just 4 LED blocks with 3M adhesive on the back that should tuck under the lip nicely.

Is yours a rail to rail? I have a box too but it sits between the bad rails. I'm thinking about running a strip in the lid on it as well to cover the inside of the box and part of the bed too when it's open. .
