Default 4x4 question

Does anyone one know how much percent of the trucks power is sent to the front axel when the trucks 4x4 is engaged

I believe it's all sent to the Transfer case and the T-case does the math depending on the gear ratio and 4WD Hi or Low selected.

would and body know how much power is sent in low and high. Someone asked me and I felt stupid that I didn't know because I've owned the truck for so long

thanks a friend with a Subaru told me they get 20% to the rear axel with there all wheel drive then asked me how much power transfer I get with our trucks and I didn't even have a clue

Since it's a direct connection, and both front and rear diffs are the same ratio, it's always going to b a 50/50 split when engaged, regardless of the range selected.

It's very rudimentary system - there is no torque directing logic or hardware in your transfer case.
