There isn't a six point bolt it's. Just something you can put a crescent wrench on or hand tighten. It won't snugg. Down

What it does when you unscrew it is that it unscrews to a point that lets the oil out but won't remove. As I said you screw it in and will get tight to a certain tightness and just turn ill put up a picture of it when I get home. The gripping area on it is a thin flat strip that you have to barely open the crescent wrench to grip the strip.

Well I'm hoping for the best, I guess ill see in a bit when I can mess with it. Only way I found this was I had my oil changed at a shop and a few days later.....today my car port was covered in oil. Come to find our the guy barely tightened this thing.

Yep I was cursing exactly the same thing about a year and half ago. Went to change the oil on my truck after I bought it and no wrench would fit or work. Finally I figured out the bolt was rounded so I bought a bolt out kit (metric larger size) from Sears for 14.99, easily took the bad boy off, and put in a new plug. No problems since. Seems people use too many adjustables on those things and tighten too hard because the built in plastic gasket wears out and instead of buying a new on, they simply try to tighten until the leak stops.
Maybe someone can help, but I THINK the size is either a 13 or 15 MM on the factory bolt.
