Someone will tint a windshield? Its illegal in Fla.

If you can get someone to do it (I presume without a warranty and with a handwritten receipt), then I wouldnt go past 20%.

how have you not gotten a ticket for the bottom banner? there is actually a line that you arent allow to tint below on the front windshield... atleast here in texas its not allowed. You cant even get inspection passed if its past that.

Now, you just untinted your headlights cuz you couldnt see... are you sure you want to tint your front window? Why not wear sunglasses if you need the front tinted? lol. Just a thought, but I think you'll be sad when you tint the front window...

I would never go past 35% with a 2.5% top banner unless you love to meet cops, that said i'm planing 50% with a 5% banner at the top only. BUT I have Photophobia, and do a lot of night time driving.

If you are going to tint the windshield to reduce the glare then the lightest tint that is available should take care of it without drawing too much attention. I think some companies go as light as 59%? You may also want to make sure that you can see at night without having to turn the brights on.
