Try using some tape on the metal pieces that run down the edge of the windshield. If this fixes the issue you can get new clips from a glass shop.

Thinking the same thing...maybe it's the brand of blades? Maybe the way they're designed causes noise at higher speeds?

It's worth a try. I'll pull them off and go for a ride out the highway. I will report the results.
Thanks!!

Moved my wiper blades down a notch. Will see if that helps.

Really? They should be aluminum ferring type strips that run from the back of the cab to the front of the windshield. They cover the rubber grommets used to hold the thing in place, which in turn covers the entire windshield seal.

It's hard to tell it's a ferring strip until yours comes loose. I had one pop off and I gorilla glued it back in place. No more noise.

Yours could be loose at the bottom and chattering either against the windshield or against the cowl.

What do the clips look like that hold it in place. Mine is popped up on the pass side.
