Default Window is starting to squeak

My driver side window is starting to squeak while going up and sometimes down in my 07. Any recommendations for a lube or to ensure nothing is wrong. Maybe some preventative maintenance?

2 of mine did it a few months up until the cable on the power window assy. snapped. Tried lithium greasing everything before the break - no luck. Seems to be a bad bearing or something that resonates through the cables.

if it sounds like the squeek is coming from the channel that the glass runs up and down in,spray it with some glass cleaner and it it stops then youll know thats the problem area.if so after it dries out spray it with some silinoe spay lube

My drivers side back one was doing it. You have to take the door panel off and get to the two white pulleys at the bottom of the track. I sprayed mine with some Tri-flow lubricant. can't even hear it go up or down now.
