I have the same ones in mine for the last 5 years...maybe you have another problem causing the motor to fail...

me and my girlfriend have the same problems in both of our F-150's mine is an 04 and hers is an 08. both are on the drivers side and they stick when they are down. we have to hit the up button a bunch of times before they go back up. the funny thing is we don't have problems with any of the other windows in our trucks. Also I had another 04 150 that had the same problem on the drivers side. so that is 3 trucks between 04-08. not sure why is the motor weak and prone to going out quickly?

Its not the motor its the switch contacts. I take mine apart every two months, clean the contacts and its good as new for about two months. Been doing it for the last 8 months

hopefully he tested the motor prior to replacing it...(Twice) and then it worked fine after a new motor was installed...
