Whats wrong with chrome?

The truck is clean but for me, the chrome on the door handles and on the mirrors is more than I would like. Also not sure but if you have them chrome things on the taillights that would be the other thing I would do away with if it was my truck. The rest of it is fine by me. 
Oh, and the chrome gas cover is anther thing that I would do away with.

I just want to try something to see what people consider to much, just right, or to little. Others should post pictures as well to get a larger sample.
