If everything else checks out you can check with a short section of hose right at the iwe itself. There is a diaphragm in there, if it leaks the iwe will need to be replaced.
I think there's 2 check valves, one between the engine and the solenoid and one between the solenoid and the wheels before it tees.

That was definitely helpful! I wasn't sure where to test! I now now where to hook them up. Thank you! I am waiting for friend to bring vacuum gage now🙂

My truck is making a clicking noise when I accelerate on 2wd after 20mhp. If I switch it to 4wd, it doesn’t make any type of noise

You have a problem with your IWEs if you Google "IWE noise"
you will find many links. Fordtechmakuloco on YouTube has a couple videos showing how to diagnose and find your problem.
Basically the front hubs use engine vacuum to hold them disengaged. So you have a leak or a bad check valve or solenoid that causes the hubs to partially engage and grind when accelerating. When you engage 4wd it engages the hubs fully and no more grinding.
