Default Thanks for the feed back we can use it to help others

You certainly went thru a lot . I would go with new champion 7989 's until this trend of bad out of the box mc is resolved . Don't even know if ford or mc have a heads up yet . This is really causing a headache and lots of wasted hours .
I don't play this mc /champion fight , I just know my results trying to get around the plug shearing of the originals .
7989 's don't shear off and not one has failed on me but I change before 60k . They are double platinum . The size is 9/16 socket --bigger than mc just for info .
And now the prices on them have gone high , must be selling a lot .
Don't flame me as I have a new box of 8 sp515's here that I'll throw/sling shot at you guys . 7989's running $120 for eight was getting them for $85 -88.

I would question my setup not a jumped time thing . That would hard to do with those tensioners .
But your codes are questioning the wiring to both banks cam sensors. I would look at the crankshaft sensor wiring also . They have to match in sync in order for this to work .
Check your plugs for corrosion etc. How was your tone ring condition on crankshaft .
My guess is it was times with the dots on the cam phaser not the L or R marks
