Default Strut assembly help

HELP!!! I am going crazy. I am wanting to replace the front strut assembly's (strut, spring, etc) on my 2004 F150 FX4 Supercrew with a front leveling kit. I have looked at MOOG, Monroe, KYB, Rancho and Bilstien but dont know which one is better. I have seen good reviews and bad reviews on all of them and dont know which one to go with. Bilstien seems to be the best reviewed but I dont see that they make a complete kit. Monroe to me seems like a lower end option where the Rancho RS999910 seems like over kill. The truck has 120k miles on it with the original struts. I mainly use it for a daily driver, but do pull an utv trailer on the weekend. I would like to upgrade over stock, but dont need full adjust-ability, somewhere in the middle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm. Well, I can only speak from experience with the Bilsteins, but I have them. They're set to the highest using OEM springs and new Moog strut mounts, and they're VERY smooth-riding. No knocks or sounds. And compressing the springs to build the strut was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be.

I replaced my OEM struts with the Monroe Quick Struts. I have no complaints with those. Extremely easy to install. Rockauto has them for just over 110 a piece!

I'll be using Monroe Quick Struts when I do mine here in about 10k miles. OE equivalent and my truck is stock. No need for anything more.

I too used Monroe quickstuts. Easy job and they ride like like new oem coilovers.

Quick struts here also. I wanted to order Bilsteins but I was pressed for time. No complaints.

These. Great complete setup, and at a good price.

I have a set of the Monroe quick struts waiting to go on. I'm glad to hear they have good feedback on here.

Do you need to have an alignment performed after strut replacement using the quickstrut?
