Default Sea Foam does it again

I had trouble several years ago with my 2005 Kawasaki Nomad idling rough and a stumble when I cracked the throttle. Someone told me to run some 1/2 can of Sea Foam thru the intake while the engine was running till it stalled. Let it set 45-60 minutes and then blow it out. Smokes like crazy but it did the trick.
I bought a 2005 F150 Crew Lariat 5.4 with 106,000 miles...it also stumbled at idle and when towing bucked some. I ran a can of Sea Foam down the intake, let it sit 45 min. and then blow it out. Not only does it have throttle response like I've never had, but my mileage when from 12.8 (85% city driving) to 13.5. No kidding!

I've ran Seafoam thru about 10 vehicles and only one smoked real bad like everyone says. However there is a noticeable difference on all of them.

Sea foam is awesome! I do this about every 6mo. It won't foul out plugs unless you use it too often.

Ive been really skeptical of Seafoam ever since one of my buddies used it on his silverado and it messed it up. I dont know exactly what it did, but it runs weird now. What exactly does this stuff do?

That's what I'd like to know, before I go and put it in an engine that only has a
little 'ticking' problem at 107 thousand.

It soaks up into all the carbon deposits in an engine. And when you start it up and get it warm it blows all that crap out.

What do you mean by blow it out? Bc if it works like everyone says I'm goin to get some today and try it. My truck has gotten VERY sluggish!
