ok. one more post for me about this subject i hope. i'm thinking of exchanging my Hypertech Max energy for an Edge evo HT. Does one have any advantages over the other, or should i just keep the hyper?

 

I havn't heard anything about the Hypertech.
Hear only good about the Edge Evo on this and other forums. I have one and would certainly buy it again.
SCT gets many good comments also.

 

I cant speak to the Hypertech as I haven't used one personally but I will say, I've had a LOT of customers switch to either Edge EvoHT or SCT X4 tuners as they said they didn't like the Hypertech for a variety of reasons.

 

yeah, i guess i was expecting more "bang" out of a tuner.

what does the Evo do better than the Hypertech? If i'm going to switch, i would like to know why everyone likes the Edge so much.

 

I can't speak for any other programmer but I have a buddy who has a Diablo and said mine has more power edge is most popular probably because of the power it gives but also the fact that the dash pod it comes with makes it the most versatile

 

EDGE HT dont have a pod... It's a hand held tunner.
