Same here - I couldn't get it to program via the keypad so I used the ignition method. The fob will unlock/lock the truck, even unlocked the truck using (gasp) the door keyhole so I know it was cut properly. But it will not start the truck. I just emailed support with this info and I'll let y'all know what they say.

Mine is not starting the truck. Opened the remote and it looks like there is a piece missing. Also noted my security light flashing rapidly, no start on new key.

I got the remote programmed, old clicker and new one work fine, but if I use my new one, my anti theft thing kicks in and I can't start. Any reason why? Do I need to reprogram it again? Or snip a wire? Thanks!

Did you get yours to work then? I thought you had a part missing? I tried the key programming instructions twice and nothing.

Mine did too. Got the fob programed, key is cut and fits but won't start it. Tried the instructions to program chip about 10 times. I've emailed them but nothing yet. Anyone else have any luck?
