Default rattle

Ive got a 2004 f150 super cab with 4.6 liter. Ive done the timing chain and water pump. All is good with that. Now for the past week I get this crazy rattling every once in a while. It doesn't matter if it hot or cold Ive checked for loose wires and things rubbing the fan and checked the heat shields. Does a main bearing rattle all the time or just so often.? How about roller rockers? when do they rattle? Any one have a fuse location chart for the inside fuse box?

I'm along the ohio river man. Brethitt is about 2 1/2 hours southeast of me.
Is it possible for you to post a video of the sound? You will have to upload it to youtube then post the link on here

General location of the sound?
Could be exhaust related. Cat, muffler, old pipes

Post a video. Kinda sounds like you are talking about a cam follower.
