I doubt your 4.6 is having a cam problem

 

THE SOUND JUST HAPPENS SOMETIMES. tODAY WAS A 80 MILE TRIP It done it when I was going down a hill. Just for 10-20 secs sounded like a metal bearing jumping around in the front of the engine then went away and never done it again
