Go check out the PHP forum and read through some of the stuff about your CTS. That is what I did for my Edge/Gryphon and learned some stuff I didnt know. I think you have to pay attention to the very first announcement on the forum that is in blue:

Good deal thanks! I registered to their forum because that's how I sent my hex code to them. Yes my CTS came with Fusion software that I had to initially hook my programmer to after hooking up to my truck so that it could store all my information/readings.

i'm in the same boat as you guys. i ordered a gryphon CTS, took about 2 weeks to get my invoice lol, but after i got the invoice my tuner was at my door step 3 days later (a day early actually) and i'm in northern Canada, i am running the canned tow tune while i wait for my 3 custom tunes 87 performance 87 tow and 91 performance. i noticed a difference right away with the throttle response and no more throttle lag when i pull out to pass somebody WOT. I ordered the three custom tunes the same time i ordered my tuner, I filled out the mod sheet and all that stuff. once i got the tuner i sent them my hex code and all my other info through the PHP forum. i haven't heard anything about the custom tunes will they send my something letting me know they got my hex code and info? i don't mind waiting just don't like being left in the dark lol.

This sounds exactly like my situation - same programmer, same custom tunes but a 93 performance instead of 91, same delivery time and I'm also running my canned tow tune, I'm really excited about seeing what these custom tunes will do. I've also not heard back after submitting my HEX code through the forum. Did your tow tune adjust shift points or is that only on a performance tune? Also what kind of MPGs are you seeing with it?

I am at a month over my expected due date...Ordered April 2nd and was supposed to be ready(what the invoice stated) was April 27th. So it has been 8 weeks today since I ordered my 1 custom tune for my Edge (now Gryphon). Since I have converted my Edge to the Gryphon by their Pegasus software, my AVG MPG has increased 2 mpg. hahaha. It said yesterday while I took a 2hr drive (highway) 1hr at 60mph and 1 hr at 70mph, i was getting 18.9mpg!! This thing was smoking crack because I am more likely at 14mpg if I am lucky. Also, it wasnt on INSTANT MPG it was on Average. So apparently, adding 7.5" of lift up front and 5" to the rear of the truck, you gain MPG! Go figure!! haha.

i know same scenerio as you lol iv been following this thread. hard to find 93 octane up here so i opted for the 91. i didn't really pay too much attention to the shift points before i put the tow tune on so i couldn't tell you. i do notice the shift firmness is a bit harder though. as for the mpg i never keep track of that kind of stuff lol. my trucks not built to get good mpg's i do notice my fuel lasts a bit longer with this tow tune but thats about it.
