haha trust me i know the heat in Texas... they arent really vulnerable but its pretty much like any electronic devise. They sit on the dash so they get hit by direct sunlight. you only need to keep it plugged in if you want to monitor things anyway.

I always use a heatshield window thing if the suns directly on my windshield....especially when i had the gryphon.

I used to but got lazy and never put it up and didn't like having to fold it up and put it in the pockets behind the front seats... Yes I know lazy Hana

Haha damn you beat me to it haha but yea I use one of those big @$$ silver folding redneck sun shades also... seeing that I have a black truck with black interior it's a necessity in our SC heat, I'm really surprised the difference those things make too didn't believe til I bought one...

Called php again today and got ahold of bill. He done my tunes while I was on the phone with him. Ready to be downloaded when I get home. Much respect for them. May take a while sometimes but when they get done its worth it.

See and while I am glad you got yours...I have been waiting for 2 months and still havent gotten my tune. If you have to call them to bug them thats BS customer service if you ask me. There could be 100 things going on in this case so I dont want to assume anything but it just looks bad from my perspective. AKA someone who has been waiting 2 months.
