PHP is almost impossible to get a hole of. And I've gone back and forth 3x's so far and the tunes arent working! My gas mileage LOWERED by 3mpg instead of increasing at all.

It's sad, but is what it is. I hope they turn it around, but that is their issue not mine. My credit card co put the entire charge (Edge unit and tunes) in dispute right away. I faxed over all the e-mails and the statements on the site...first question was "Are they going out of business?"

Anyway, ordered from More Power Tuning yesterday. Unit shipped out today. Mike answers the phone and e-mails pretty damn quick.

 

I guess if you cant call in the morning it is otherwise its pretty damn easy

 

I've called back to back to back to back throughout the day all week and still nothing I'm getting fed up because I paid for those tunes and they're not just gonna take my money and run, if it takes 3 months to build 3 custom tunes and not give me one status update there's a problem. I feel like they put my invoice on the shelf and forgot to deliver my products, I mean it took a month just to get my programmer but it's pointless with no tunes.

 

I've emailed, started a thread on their forum and called, called, called... I got nothin..... I'm trying hard to get threw while remaining respectful...I have a bit more of a unique issue then most because I have had 2 edge CS units die and I'm still trying to give them my 3rd serial number... Without that i cant even get my tunes if they tried.......
Since I have no proof that they have my NEW serial number, it seems I may be in for a lengthy wait... You would think given my misfortune I would get a speedy response, but I got nothing.... I've been trying to just get my new serial number to them for almost 3 months now!

 

i placed an order yesterday without seeing this thread, now i dont know if that was such a good idea. 87 perf and a 91 perf.

i also ordered a k&n intake but dont know if i should install it before i get my gryphon. worried about running lean without the tuner.

 

Bill said I could run the canned 87 Tow with my Airaid so that's what I've been doing for the past three months.....

 

when it comes in ill try to call and ask what he thinks about it too, i dont know if your 5.4 is a little different then mine because its newer.

Imagine my wait, I can't get to a phone during there business hour because of my job in the military. I just shoot them endless emails that go without response, I feel dumber and dumber each email......LOL

 

How well does it run with that tune? When I receive mine I'm going to do same thing while waiting for custom tunes

 

Anyone wanna buy my CTS haha I WANTED tunes from php, but really thinking not anymore, I keep hearing how "worth the wait" they are, are they honestly? If so what mods do yo have and tunes Did you choose? Also how long was the wait
