Yeah I emailed Bill and Corey 2 days ago real nicely and asked the status but nothing came of it. I have to find the time to call every 10 mins apparently.

I ordered April 14th... Still waiting....

Seriously now, why are we expected to keep tabs on them and our order status?
Shouldn't they notify us when are orders are ready? Is that an unreasonable request??
Shouldn't they help us along through the download process and answer any questions or concerns we may have?

Im not trying to stage a mutiny here or anything, but I keep getting the feeling like we simply just don't have the respect from them that we as customers deserve... This has been and continues to be the worst customer experience I have ever been through... I will be happy when my tunes are ready and are working great, but I now can't get through to them AT ALL, and I don't have a **** load of time to waste on the current status of my order...
I just hope one day they will call and say your all set, just update your programmer, call us when your done, then we will upload your tunes... Then download your tunes, go drive and report back if you have any issues or changes you would like to make...
Does this sound like I'm asking too much???

I feel it's more likely they will cut me up and chastise me for complaining. Because I'm no longer cheering them on as if they have done no wrong and I'm the one who somehow dropped the ball.

Yea man I feel the same way...if they cant handle the work load, they should stop taking orders.

Exactly.... They are still processing orders and taking your money but not producing any results... Seems they have plenty of time to get the money..

I was looking at getting a tuner from PHP. But if you have a problem getting hold of them about your order how hard is it going to be after you receive it and have a problem or question.

They should respond to issues first... that's at least how I handle things in my business, don't leave customers hanging after taking their money if you want loyal ones that will promote your business and bring you more!
