Like I said im not trying to bash them and I respect what they do and their reputation...but if its only Bill is the only one with the answers then they should say "Bill is the only one that can tell you how long it will be". Im just saying customer service is the most important part of any business, and that's what I don't like about PHP. Maybe it is time for them to hire more people to help around the shop with answering phones and taking orders. It might cost them more upfront to pay people but there is nothing wrong with expanding your business. It would probably make things less stressful for Corey anyway, being that she has been having health problems.
I have no problem with waiting, but a little update every once in a while would be nice.
I also don't think its right for you to jump down our throats and say stop crying about it and go buy a POS tuner. A simple "be patient, its worth it" would suffice.

I only talked to Bill once and he's the one who said he was working on it atm and would be done by the end of the day, which it wasn't. I did however finally receive the tunes this morning and sent them an email sorta explaining how I felt but kept it nice. I did thank them for getting to them and everything and got a reply email back within 5min. So I am happy that I got them but not 100% happy with the service.
