Well I heard nothing but good about this group so I went ahead and ordered one back on 11/1/10 and got the Gryphon but have not received my custom tunes. I am more than unhappy with the customer service and am completely fed up with the people. I have called many many times and they give me the typical "They will be done and sent by the end of the day" "They will be done by the end of the week" "They will be done in a couple hours" Every time I call and still nothing!! I would not recommend this group to anyone! What a waste of $470+

I'm sorry to hear you're getting drug out on the tunes. As you can see from the front page of their website Corey has been having some health issues since last fall and things are still not improving. As a result of this Bill has been out lately too. They still shouldn't be giving you multiple times.

its not that they have bin slamed last month i sent mine in they took a month to get it bake but they just had some people sick and that slows them down look it only 3 people in there working for like

 

I understand that they may be sick but to tell you that they will have your tunes done by a certain time and then not, that's ridiculous. The least they could do is call back and say they won't get to it yet but it's been going on since before Christmas. Anytime I call I get the same thing over and over. They have even taken my name/number and said they would call back and they don't. If it's not done by this week I'll be sending it back for sure. 11/1/10 - 02/07/11 I would think is plenty of time

 

I know how you feel. I ordered my Gryphon and custom tunes on 12/20/2010. I got my Gryphon in three days and they originally told me that the tunes would take a couple of weeks and I still haven't gotten them. I called a bunch of times last month and only talked to Cody once. He told me 2-4 weeks on 1/17/2011 so when 2/17/2011 comes around, and I don't have the tunes yet i'm gonna call them again. And if I don't get them within a week after that, i'm sending mine back and getting a refund. I understand their reputation, but at least they should be able to give you straight answers instead of playing games like a used car dealer. Good luck to you my friend...hopefully they will come through for us.

 

Again, not trying to bash them, but they need to raise the bar on their customer service.

Patience is a virtue. Honestly it has been known and continues to happen and will continue, there will be delays and tunes will almost never come within a 4 week period. Some people wait months, some over a year to get their tunes, and you guys all bitch about not getting them sooner and calling and bugging the **** out of them to find out where your tunes are, just relax, they'll come in due time. Otherwise just stick with an xcal and get it dyno tuned through someone reputable, theyll have tunes done within the day.

The canned gryphon tunes are night and day over the edge tunes

 

go to there web site go to there forum and join there is a place to get update on ur order and the wait is well worth it i will tell u the guy made my truck like a truck should be just calm down i undersand but it is one guy who dose it all just call like once a week

 

Wish this would've came out sooner... Sent my Evo down there last week to get it switched.

 

I've been waiting almost 4 months. They've lost my hex code twice. Not to mention it doesn't come on when I crank the truck 25% of the time and I have to start it again. The tune better be amazing for me to be satisfied.
