Default need help please

i new here just wanted to say hi and also wanted to get some info on my truck i got 305/40/22 tires and the rims stick out past the fender a lil... was wondering if a 2/4 drop would fit or should i just lower the rear 2inch to leavle the truck out?

any help is apritated thank u in advanced

Ive got the same size tires with Boyd Coddington wheels. And they also stuck out just a bit. Too keep the truck clean I got some fender flairs and painted them to match. And then I also did a 2/4 drop. I used the Eibach lowering kit. You should have no problem.

Thanks for the complement. I would offer to help you lower your truck but it looks like you are somewhere in Florida.

But my truck started very close to what you have so if you have any questions ask away... Here is a pic of my truck when I started.

thanx man ya i am in south florida i used to be ase certified but with econmy i just work on cars on the side and got me a county job for cash... i still undecided with what kit i gonna use i was just worried bout dropping it and tires rubbing and stuff i hate when my truck rubs, rattle, squeaks so everything when i do it needs to be spot on or i wont drive it... i plan on also doing gears to help my lil 4.2l turn tires better those 3.55 i got aint helpong top good

Let me know how the gear change goes. I also have the 4.2L, and it does feel those big wheels.

yea only thing that saves me is the 5 speed manul tranny.... gonna put 4.10 i belive with posi or been looking at that tru trac... if i get another truck for road trips i gonna do 4.56 so i can be a light to light king and still get good mpg around town

thank u agian for the pics and the help gonna order kit soon and get it put on where did u get your fender flares at?

I got my fender flairs off ebay,, thats where most of the stuff on my truck came from.
