Default Name this part.

So, I have been at it on vehicles all weekend. Today I decided to tackle my front springs and struts. Tuff country has a pretty wonky setup. Does anyone know what these would be called, and where I may be able to get another set?

This moves the stock mounting location up.

This rod goes from the top of the strut to the top of the strut mount.
Any ideas what they would be called, or where I may be able to get new ones?

I'll name them Steve and Terry.

jk.. Look up the lift kit online and see if they have an exploded view of the parts. That should give you an idea. Just going from the pics it looks like a strut mount, similar to what Honda's have, and an actual strut on the bottom pic.....

Unfortunately they don't sell it anymore. Most of the newer kits have an extension that just sits on top of the spring, not actually inside it. I really didn't want to tear apart the new Spring\Strut to install old parts, but I may have to. I already bought new grade 8 hardware for the lower perch spacer. The top section may be a bigger pain, as it has a tiny Allen set screw. It was pretty corroded. I sprayed it pretty good with penetrant, but only time will tell if it will come out or not. Overall the removal of these aren't as bad as I thought. The 30mm Nut on the lower mount only took a 24 inch breaker bar and a 30 inch Pipe.

Hahaha I left the impact on the lower fasteners for like 30 seconds before they even started to move!

I'd reach out to Tuff Country and see if they can provide a solution.

They are pretty slow to respond. I don't think they ever responded the last time that I emailed them about shocks. I'll give them a call tomorrow. They have a local office here. I bought the lateral compression arms from them a few years ago, but I had a contact within the company then.

My impact is a total waste. It won't even brake loose lug nuts. It's really all I lack in my garage besides a lift. Luckily I have a very close friend who landed a gig with a guy to be his personal mechanic. As long as he fixes his stuff when he wants he can do whatever side work he wants there. He has a press with a cage at his shop, so I'll do it all there next time.

Other option is take them to a local offroad shop and see if they have any solutions. I've been to a few and they typically know their products pretty well, and they often have access to parts diagrams.

Photo #1 is 26000-20 $35.24 per half, so 4 total needed.
Photo #2 is 26000-19 $51.70 each.
$262 total with tax. My springs and struts just got way more expensive.
Seems they have a bunch in stock, so if you need them they have them for now.
