Default 2004 fx4

Ok so here it is I have a 2004 f150 fx4 with 180k on it. I'm pretty sure the motor is toast. I was driving got a couple chimes look down says check gauges I look at them it shows no oil pressure (truck still running at this time) I go to pull over before I could get pulled over trucks dies and wont restart. I'm taking it in Thursday and was quoted 5730 out the door with 3 year unlimited warranty. Question I have is it worth it. Truck has some good rust in quarter panels. Also had abs like on before hand. Every once in a while I would get a weird shimmy in the rear they said this is due to the rear locking diff and they do a posi something or another and would be another 600. Had transmission rebuilt 35k ago.

If it were me I'd have to consider what I would replace it with? Spending $6K on a replacement truck likely wouldn't get me anything better but if I had $10K - $15K to spend I'd look for a solid replacement. If I didn't have that money then I'd drop in another engine invest in some maintenance and try to get to 250K on it.

Could replace it with my clean 156k mile '04 FX4 Screw, that has already had every Ford failure point addressed in the last 10k miles. (will be posted to For Sale section this weekend)...
