Default Miles Between Oil Changes

Making a new thread to go with the controversial oil weight thread.

How many miles do you go between oil changes?

Also add if you have an oil analysis done by Blackstone or someone else.

I go roughly 9000 miles between changes on full synthetic oil with a Blackstone analysis done on each one.

None of the above. 3k miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. Full synthetic.

Wow, some of you are wasting the synthetic oil by changing so early. 7,500 mile intervals on mobil 1 5w30 synthetic here.

Synth Blend every 3k. I realize that I can probably go up to 5k, however; these engines are very picky about a lot of things. So I honestly don't mind paying for the peace of mind.

5K full synthetic. I also got 8 free oil changes as part of my deal on the truck.

The wife's 2011 Chevy Equinox actually calls for oil changes every 5K with full synthetic in the manual.

I try and stay between 5-7k. Doesn't matter if it's dino or syn for me bc most of my driving is highway. I've gone as far as 11k with m1 ep 5w20, but had analysis done to make sure it was holding up.
