Default Major Electrical Failure

So I have a 2004 f150 and I was replacing the dome lights when I had a connection spark and it killed the dome lights. After checking all the fuses I start my truck and come to realize that I have no radio, power windows, the digital readout and gauges don't work, the ac clutch won't engage, and the airbag light is flashing. I've checked all the fuses and they test good. Has anybody ever experienced this and if so what's the problem.

Maybe a bad relay that all those things run through?

You missed something. There are fuses under the hood also. Have you checked there? Your owners manual can help you with where to look.

This may sound simplistic, but check your battery. Bad batteries have caused exactly what you're describing.

Next likely culprit is the instrument cluster.

The battery is good. The truck will crank over but nothing is working still. I thought it may the accessory delay relay but after jumping it it still isn't working

I would double check fuses and maybe even replace ones associated with those components.

Nope, it's a fuse. I did the same thing in my '07. I don't remember what fuse it ended up being, but it was something that seemed random for what it knocked out. It's in the passenger kick panel.

Same thing happened to me a year ago. It was a fuse in the passenger side kick panel. Re check.
