Lowering Kit

I have a 2005 Crew Cab 2WD F150. I want to lower the truck and have it sit level. I have heard that a 2"/5" or a 3"/5" kit will do the job. Anyone have any info?

I believe you would have to get the 3" kit to make it level in the rear. If you don't mind me asking why not lift the front to make it sit higher??

Everyone who has been on here knows my feelings. I agree on the lift the front 2 inches. ITs easier, Cheaper and looks WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY Better.

I want to lower it b/c its 2WD and not 4x4. It is pointless to lift a 2WD truck and lowerd 2WD are just as badass as lifted 4x4 or FX4

make sure u dont floor it over any railroad tracks then, u may lose a piece or two

No their not. They are silly....Lower a mini truck not a real truck.

Lowering simply makes it a street only cruzer. Forget hauling anything substantial in it ever again. Lift the front to level it out and keep it a pick up truck.
