Hey yall I have a 04 FX4 and I am want to add a leveling kit to my front end. Which kit does everyone prefer and what lift is best 1" 1.5" 2 " or 3"? Thanks

I put on an Autospring 2" level kit up front and it basically leveled the truck out almost dead nuts.

 

How much did it cost ya and where ya get it at?

 

I put a rough country 2.5 on mine and really like it. I'd say theyre mostly the same. I like the solid look of mine compared to the ones that have the "plates" on the tops and bottoms. Also, I've heard 2.5 is the most you should really do because of shaft angles and alignment reasons. Some have done the 3" with no problems though.

 

I checked out the Rough Country and really like it, right now it's my number 1 choice. Thanks man

 

2" autospring (bought on ebay) on my 07. Perfect. bought the powdercoated version - top quality.

MEasure the front to the back and it will tell you what you need

 

Anyone aware of leveled trucks with stock wheels? I'm trying to picture this.

 

Mine is an 04 2 wheel drive and had is level. I put on a HBS 2.5" leveling kit.

 

Got it off Ebay with a "make an offer" sale. Got it for $68 shipped. That was 2 years ago.0
