i have an 04 and the cup holders are huge my coffe mug likes to tip over every day is there a rubber insert or something its missing? anyone with a pic would help out greatly thanks

I have the center console in my 06 and it does have rubber inserts to help with smaller cups. They are removable for larger cups. If your 04 is the same, perhaps you're missing them. Otherwise you could just get a larger cup to fit the holder you've got.

you must be missing the rubber insert... look those in the pic here. they are 2, one for each cup, easily removable.

You're local Ford parts department, or buy them off of Ebay. I bought 2 off of Ebay about a year ago for 20 bucks, shipping included. More expensive new, but you'll get them quicker (from your Ford dealer parts department).
