Default Ignition key-in code B1352-60

I just rebuilt my 5.4l and installed it, after hook-ups it will not start. I have fuel and spark but it will not light, the only dtc I have is the B1352-60. I have checked all the relays and fuses, replaced the ignition switch (Motorcraft), checked all the grounds, all the plugs and cop's are new (Motorcraft). Any advice?

How did you determine you have spark and fuel?

The only thing you need besides fuel and spark is compression/air.
so if you are confident you have the first two, the next logical step is to check compression/timing

It helps if you EXPLICITLY identify what you're working on...

Crank no start? Of so, will it start on starter fluid? What's the fuel rail pressure?

apologies, just the error, b1352-60, but the truck seems to work fine. No issues, just the error, door, headlight, chimes work. This error was most likely not related to the previous poster's car not starting. Separate issue.

Turns out, I reset the PCM by disconnecting battery, and shorting the positive and neg terminal connectors for 10 seconds. I saw on makuloco that this resets the PCM. Code has no come back.

The B1352 DTC originates in the instrument cluster and is related only to the detection of the key being inserted into the ignition cylinder. It has nothing to do with the PCM or with anything else that is required by the truck to operate anything except the key-in-ignition alarm.

Disconnecting the battery also reset the instrument cluster's error information, that's why the code cleared.

Thanks for that..
