I called them earlier today. They were supposed to look at it today and now they said they'd look at it first thing tomorrow morning... *sigh*

Ah! Learn something new everyday. Only issue with the iPhone 5 is the darn Siri button is right by the special character button so she gets on my nerves, haha.
