Guns
I got going on my rant. but now i have calmed down haha i have a ?. Has anyone ever actually heard of a gun going off after hitting a bump. I carry a revolver because i think they have more personality and i like that there is all a bullet ready to fire. I could throw that thing against the wall and there is no way it is going off. I can see how it could happen with a semi auto but has anyone actually heard of it happening.
On the sidebar topic above...
I was in a head-on collision last SEP. I in my F-150 was doing 45 mph and the idiot making a left turn (failed to yield) in the oncoming lane in a civic was doing about 15 mph. My Springfield 1911A1 was on the seat next to me in a holster, cocked and locked/safety on (yes I have a CCP). If that crash didn't cause it to fire (it did not), I don't see how any "bump" while driving ever could. That pistol is pretty old technology and many newer styles have much improved safety features.
Both vehicles were destroyed, all occupants to the ER.

(OK so I never quoted anyone before and did it wrong :-))
Yeah I was just pulling that idea out of my ***. There's no real way that would happen, well, crazy stuff does happen, but really, 1 in 1000000 that a bump would fire a gun. Like I said, I was just pulling ideas out of my *** to make the point that most all gun owners are responsible and know when and where to carry it.

Don't own any guns as of now (that are my own) but when I turn 21 next year I want to buy a Walther PPS. I love Walther pistols. Also would like to get a S&W M&P15-22. Sort of a .22 AR-15 but very fun to shoot.
Go here and post up. It's the actual "what kind of gun do you own show off thread" https://www.f150forum.com/f15/gun-thread-52250/
A P99 was the first handgun i ever bought. It was an awesome gun. it shot great and never jammed on me.
