Looks like I need a different balancer.

Below is the engine code/sticker from driver's side:

Ahh. Well get ya some Autolite HT0 (that last one is a zero) and gap em between .030 and .032. Should fix her right up. The cheapest way to get them is through advanceauto.com usually ship for free to your door. When you check out enter code P20 and you get 20% off your order. Hope this helps.

From my understanding, if I do long tube headers, they will not negativity impact performance or function, however will not improve performance unless tuned, correct?

Thinking short-term, if I can get by with a canned tune, down the road there is a tuner not far from here that perhaps I could go to, or, perhaps reach out to Troyer?

No not exactly. The benefits from the LT's will show up as soon as they are bolted on. Better low end torque and improved flow up high. The tuning aspect comes in to it this way. You set the tune for LT's which automatically recalculates the position of the O2 sensor and the timing of when it should read the exhaust pulses. Also with the Lt's the EGT's will come down some which will allow for more timing and thus more power.

As for tuning, I would suggest Troyer. He can build you an email tune. And if you want to get dyno specific he can tune you using a data log from your local dyno. He is the master when it comes to Roush blowers. Plus he knows what he is doing with transmission tune in order to make it last.

Ok. I may snag a set of pacesetters and their y pipe. I can take them to work and get them ceramic coated which should get them to last longer. I think we can get a coating to go inside of them to reduce corrosion as well.

Found a balancer, Dorman 594-205 has the PTO holes, should be here Friday so I can verify. Have a wix fuel filter coming as well.

So what's left to figure out:
EGT mounting method-stock manifold or long tubes

This weekend's list:
Run power for pod
Paint pod
Review routing options for cables
Lay out supercharger parts, get comfortable

Think the gasket is reusable in the lower manifold? I'd like to get that and the TB coated black.

Yes, the intake gaskets are reusable. No issues there.

I'm talking the gaskets on the supercharger manifold itself, there is a plate on the bottom and the coil is mounted inside of there.

Trying to figure where you are talking about. What coil?
For what it's worth most any gasket on the supercharger can be done away with and replaced with rtv black silicone. Perhaps that will help but I'm still curious what part you're talking about.
