Thanks, I thought the stock bulbs for the fogs were 9145? If so, those twist in?

Yeah, they're 9145 or H10 (not H7 as I thought). They twist in just like the headlights.

I did install some better Sylvanias which seemed to help but the stock halogen were awful. I would have more light holding a flashlight out the window. To me they seem to be aimed too low. All of the light seems to hit the road 6-7feet in front of you. Makes driving a night a hunting trip also with Donner and Blitzen standing in the middle of the road.

ever thought to adjust them to what fits you better?

IIRC stock bulbs are 9140s, but can be upgraded to the higher wattage 9145/H10. There are also a decent amount of posts about melting fog housings with some higher output bulbs.

I for sure do not want to damage anything ... 9140's are the stock ones?

Well as much as I do not like to assume, the 04's are probably the same bulbs?

Here is a picture of a part that is described as a fog/driving light cover.
This pops right out from the valance in the bumper, and leads me to believe that somehow a light would mount behind or in its place? Anyone know what exactly this comes out for?

Ok ... nevermind, I cannot get the picture to paste in. If you click the following link, it will take you to where I found the picture:
