Default Engine Swap!

I have a 2004 F-150 4.6LV8 single cab, I want to get something with more power for speed, any suggestions on engines?

^^ x2 what were you THINKING? and you could throw in an old 5.0 and boost it, or pull a cobra motor out.

^^x3 not a big fan... Hence its a truck... some trucks just shouldn't be sitting on the ground... not sure if any should... and yeah try an old 5.0... it would be a hell of a lot easier to work on than these new engines

thats amazing if you hit 140 in it... mine only goes about 115... These trucks are as aerodynamic as a brick lol

Oh and dont think you cant flip it cause its low... someone at my school flipped a brand new mustang gt that had an aftermarket suspension that reduces the chance of flipping.... and my best friend somehow managed to roll his Focus

Hell if you can pull one from the shelby do that...power tuned 5.4 supercharged will definatly do the trick, but I would suggest running a kenne bell s/c kit instead of the stock (eaton?) Kit. I guess your pretty much doing a lightning recreation on the new body style which is pretty cool I guess.
