Amsoil XL 5w-30 full synthetic and a motorcraft filter... You get 10k mile drain intervals with this particular amsoil, but I usually only run it to 6k.

Amsoil is a good oil as well and motor craft or wix here... Fram are junk filters

I use Amsoil XL which is a full synthetic. I look at it as a cost savings on the 10k between oil changes.

i normal use motorcraft 5w20 motorcraft filter. but next oil change im gonna run amsoil with amsoil filter

I'm thinking valvoline max life 5-30 with Kreen? Want to ensure my engine is clean.

Seafoamed in expectancy of changing plugs soon.

I use the Ea0 Amsoil filter because it is good for 25K. That means I only change the filter every other time (I do drain it at the oil change).
