Engine Locked Up ???
I was driving the other day in my friends 05 F150 5.4l. Engine light started Blinking and we noticed a miss. We drove 5 miles to home and hooked up the scanner and got a po308 code (#8 misfire). We tried to start it and it acted like it was out of fuel. It did start, ran rough and had a knock to it. Shut it down right away , pulled #8 plug and noticed alot of fuel out the tail pipe. I Replaced the plug and pulled the rail with the injectors intact and #8 was a steady drip. I Installed a new injector and Spark plug , went to crank and the engine won't budge.I tried to movr the engine with a bar and socket on the crank and no luck. Any suggestions would be great.

If you look up injector failure on the 5.4 engines you should find plenty of information. It probably hydrolocked, which means something's bent (connecting rod) and the engine is toast.

99% of what you just said sound like a rod is bent. probably also dropped a couple of valves and messed up the heads.
do our motors have iron or alumuinum pistons? if they are the latter you might have also pulled the rod from the piston and more than likely damaged the head significally too.

Aluminum pistons.

Absolutely.
Liquid doesn't compress (In practical terms, anyway.....there are physicists who argue about it).
Liquid meets piston, piston tries to compress liquid in the compression chamber, piston fails..........something's going to bend or break or both.
Normally the losers are connecting rods and pistons.
Rod breaks/bends, starts slapping around inside the block, and further ugliness ensues.

yea did have it happen to me. I Google a bunch of symptoms and narrowed it down to a stuck injector. also found a extended warranty for the 2005 5.4 injector. it stated that they had a problem with them and they were covered under warranty for 120k miles. took my truck in and they said it was to far gone and replaced the block and internal with new parts for free. took about a month to get my truck back while they went through Ford and had to send a mechanic out to inspect.
but my symptoms were very similar to yours but I didn't get a misfire code. ivwas getting a "bank 2 stuck open rich" or something along those lines.
