Question Electrical Problems, looking for suggestions

Hi all, This is my first post, and I hoping someone can help me out with my electrical problems on my truck. I have a 2006 F150 XLT supercab 5.4 L.

Here's my problems:
-About a week ago, my power windows stopped working on all 4 doors. The backlight on the switches does not light up on any of them.
-the other day, I noticed that when I turn the truck off, take out the key, and open the drivers door, the radio stays on. The dome light does not come on when I open the drivers door and the door alarm does not come on either. The radio will go off and the dome light will come on when I open the passenger side door, the door alarm works properly also.

As a side note, the on/off/ volume **** on the radio doesn't work properly. The Volume works, but I cannot turn the radio on/off. This has been that way since I've owned the truck, so I don't think it is related.

Here is what I have tried to fix this:
- Checked the 30 Amp Circuit breaker in the pass side fuse box.
- Checked the 10 Amp relay in the pass side fuse box.
- Sprayed WD40 in the drivers side door lock, opened and closed a bunch, and repeated a couple times.
- Checked the wiring harness running under the sill plate on the drivers side. Looking especially at the splice of the Violet(purple) w. black tracer where is splices 2 into 1 wire. On my truck, the splice does seem to be the proper glue butt splice, and I didn't notice any corrosion.

Any Ideas? Thanks in advance for the feedback

Thanks
Stephen

Sounds like a bad Accessory Delay Relay in the Central Junction Box, is that the one you checked (I'm assuming that you checked 30A fuse at F401)?

FYI, power for all four power windows comes from the driver door switch panel, that may be bad.

Use a multimeter to check for voltage at the fuse box at the acc delay relay. Slots for poles 86 and 30 should be 12V+ at all times. Slot for pole 85 should be ground when the key is in the acc position.

Gatorb8 had a good idea on the windows. the other things sound like problems possibly if you have had a aftermarket alarm installed. They can really cause a lot of problems if they have been splice into wiring harness. Just something to think about. If that is not a possibility it sounds like the door switch has went bad. That is most likely the problem if the dome light is not coming on that would cause the radio to stay on also since it runs off of the door switch.

I checked the F401 30A fuse w. a voltage meter. I didn't have the meter when I checked the Accessory Delay Relay. I did visually inspect it and it looked solid.
Do you know what color wire brings the power into the power windows control switch? I should be able to tell if I am getting power to the switch by checking that right? If there's power, then I'd guess the problems the switch. If not, I guess It could be back in the fuse panel, or a wiring problem in between. I'll check that out tomorrow and see.

Thanks

Yes, make sure the key is in ACC.

Have you checked the wiring going from the body to the door in the flex joint dude there? I've seen a lot of wires break in there.

I have looked at them, not real close, but from what I can see, they seem Ok.

Ok, I took my voltage meter and checked the power windows switch in the door. I do not have 12V coming to any terminal in the wiring connector. I checked the door locks and power mirrors, and have 12V going to one terminal in each of those. Does the power to the power windows go through the door switch in the latch? I'm thinking that is where my problem lies for both the power windows and the radio/dome light/door alarm delay not working propoerly.

Anyone know how to get access to the door latch switch? I can't seem to figure how to remove the inside door trim/

Thanks for all the feedback
