Constant Vibration

Constant Vibration
2007 2wd 4.6 f150 w/200k miles
I have a semi newbie question and cant seem to find an answer on my own.
My truck has a constant vibration when driving. Its not terrible but wont go away. I had the truck since 60K miles and have not changed any suspension parts except stabilizer links. I recently bought 4 new tires and an alignment. I had this done at NTB, which is very cheap and probably wont go back to that location since the employees look half alive and wont answer my simple requests when I go.
Where should I begin? I tried the wheel play tests for ball joints and visual inspections of the rubber and they all seem to be fine. Since it has so many miles, should I go ahead and change the front and rear struts/shocks?
One clue I have is that the rear tires seem to go bad very quickly.
Thanks.

I would have the tire re balanced with some one who does a roadforce balance.

Could be I suppose, but I forgot to mention that the vibration happens at all speeds except idle. Once it gets to about 5 mph you can feel it in steering wheel, it almost feels like the rear wheels are bouncing.

I guess I should have asked did this happen before the 4 new tires?

Yeah man, I cant remember the last time it was a decently smooth ride. The new tires seemed to relieve it but just temporary. I just drove my spare car but it blew up so I'm down to the truck so I want to make sure it runs properly because my commute is 60 miles a day.

Ok so the new tires didn't get rid of the vibration. Scratch the re balancing. Sometimes on these truck the E-brake can becomes seized up and partially engaged and cause a vibration. Maybe check that to make sure its moving freely and fully disengaging?

Hmm may be something there, I changed all rotors and pads and noticed the rear wheel with the ebrake had a load of grease. I chalked it up to maybe a wheel seal. Don't have experience with rear since they are not the two piece hub in the front.

Could be a bent rim(s), suspension related or brake component related. Could also be an out of balance driveshaft.
At 200k a suspension overhaul is overdue anyway.
