Default bad throttle response

hey guys long time since i been on the forums.

so its been a while that i've been having this issue where from speeds 40-70 the truck will cruise at around 1100 rpms between 40-50 and 1200-1400 rpms depending on how fast i am cruising, my problem is that if i want to pick up speed by 2-3 mph the truck feels like it has no power and shutters a little bit untill i sink my foot to the gas pedal a bit deeper (basically 1/16 of an inch difference maybe less). now the truck will pick up speed but like i said it feels weird almost as when i engage a manual transmission into a high gear at low speeds. i have also tried driving it with OD off and still does it

I did Google my problem multiple times and nothing similar came up

Yes.

Pull your MAF and TB and clean them. Check / replace air and fuel filter. . Scan for pending codes. How many miles on the truck? What engine?

Find out what plugs were installed...you mentioned Shutter...sounds like your motor is mis-firing... you need motorcraft plugs in your truck...it don't let other plugs...you should of replaced the COP boots and springs when you did the plugs...these wear out also...
