Default 2005 leveling kit stability

I have had my 2.5" HBS leveling kit installed for sometime now, mounted on 34"/ 12.50" nitto terra grapplers. Hitting a bump in the highway is insane, it's almost enough to kick the rear end out and make myself or wife lose control of the truck, washboards are even worse, I havnt done any heavy wheeling in the truck, but it doesn't feel like it should, would it help to throw a leveling kit on the rear or some load rite bags? Maybe air down the massive tires? Just trying to get ideas on how to get my stability back, otherwise it's all coming off, because its not worth me or my wife getting in to an accident. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

How about checking the air pressure and getting an alignment? Sounds like you have a bumpsteer issue.

I had the alignment done last week just in case that was it. Still really unstable rear end. Will check pressure after the snow melts...I need to lift the rear since its sagging and I hate the bulldog look.

That is strange. Maybe over inflated tires. My level is poly rather than metal, but I have never heard of what you are explaining even with the metal/steel spacers.

Did you get an alignment after the leveling kit? That would be the first place to start. The Terra Grapplers are definitely a firm sidewall in the load E range. 40 Psi and you are feeling every single bump. Although, I have the same tires and level kit on my 06 and I don't bounce around like your saying.

What PSI are you running in the tire?
Did you get an alignment?
Are the shocks and struts original? Whats the mileage on them?
I would start inspecting the suspension front and rear for any parts that need replacing.

I would start with checking the mounting bolts for the level kit, just too make sure they didn't back off.then the rear u bolts for tightness

For everyday use only 40 to 42 psi is needed...running the truck empty with 50 to 60 psi may have you bouncing like an NBA basketball!
