I tried Phillips led bulbs and JDM aStar's...not even a comparison. The JDM's are 100 times better. If you actually want to see behind you, use these. Not sure, but I believe they only go in one way. I put them in and one didn't work. I pulled it out and turned it around and bingo, it worked.

Installed the JDMastars in the back ups today. Super bright. Will see how I like them after dark. Also put JDMastrs in the fogs. Super easy to intall both sets of lights. Got them from Amazon. Showed up here in Alaska sooner than quoted even with the holiday (Veterans). 2009 Screw Lariat.

Which fogs did you go with.

JDMastar 800. I am digging the new reverse lights. Camera view was much better this morning. Better even than dragging the brakes to help light things up back there.

Finally added this nilight led lights for additional visibility when in reverse. I only have them added to the reverse wire in the 7 pin harness. I'll eventually do a switch for them.

Thumbs up Reverse Lights

I installed these last night. They are a swap from the original bulbs.

http://www.cjponyparts.com/reverse-l...2016/p/HW3411/

They are certainly brighter than the factory bulbs. I didn't take an pre/post pictures, but the video on this page shows an apparent difference. I am a novice at this stuff, and I performed the install in about 15 minutes total for both lights.

Brake light LEDs are already on order and will be delivered soon.

Same ones I installed. Had them on for 10 minutes, barely got warm.
