Picked up this Weather Guard off cragislist for a great price. It's not low profile, but I don't mind having a bit of the rear view obstructed.

I definitely think the low profile is the way to go, as the normal profile sits really high.
I really really like that. Im looking this up right now. My tools in my toolbox have taken up my entire back of my supercab

Sweet! I've been perusing Craigslist for some time trying to find one. Good score!

I like it as well. It looks good and is very functional for my needs. I keep all kinds of stuff in it. I believe I paid like $370 after taxes and everything for it installed. They can be had on craigslist around here sometimes for a good price too.

I was looking into getting one like that but the roll up version I currently have a Lowe's better built tool box had for 3 years now zero issues

I got your PM but can't add a pic to the reply, so I'm posting in here for you. I went out and measured the width of mine bc I couldn't remember whether it was the 69" or 72". Mine is 69" wide (not including the lid closed). This makes the box sit on the bed rails right in the middle on each side. The 72" will extend the full width of the bed rail. When I went to look at them in the store, I thought I needed the 72" from looking online, but the store fitment guide said the 69" so I went with it and am happy I did. I don't think I'd like it as much if it was any wider bc I believe the ends of the box would be wider than the actual cab. Here are a couple pics:

The 72" one would go right to the outside edge of that outside ridge of the bed rail cap (if that makes sense), which seems like box and lid especially would be wider than the cab.
Regardless, I'm very happy that the shop recommended the 69" and hope this helps you with your decision. Maybe if you have a local distributor, you can have them test fit both sizes to see which you'd rather have.

What is that thing under your tool box, on your bed rail? I realize its to keep it off the bed rail but I'm wondering what it's made of for when I install mine.
