Absolutely, not sure why yours is not cooperating. Maybe I'm on a newer version or ironically an older sync version than you?

I've got a 2013 Fx4, here is a pic of my sync settings.

I have not performed a master reset. I'll give that a try.

So I don't get texts very often but I noticed mine stopped getting them again, for me resyncing does the trick but if that only last a few days, then what's the point.

Could it be that since I have the first generation/version that it's not supported anymore? I think 2009 was its own version then Ford changed?
